ResponseLINK has been serving customers since 1997. ResponseLINK’s Authorized Distributorship Program was launched in 2001. Originally a joint venture between Bell South and Advantor Corporation, the company was purchased by Pacific Pulmonary Services in 2005 and in 2008, ResponseLINK became a stand-alone company.
Dick Sumner: Retired Early in 2002 after 33 years of service with SunTrust Bank in Atlanta and purchased this local ResponseLINK distributorship shortly after his retirement. He and his wife Bess reside in Jasper, Georgia. Bess joined ResponseLINK as co-owner after her early retirement from Allstate in 2008 where she was the Executive Assistant to the Controller in the Southeast Region located in Atlanta. They have been married for 41 years and are active in their local church as well as the Pickens County Chamber of Commerce and other community committees in the North Georgia area.
